Conny brings a broad skill set to the SAARA team with her experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships. Conny’s strong analytical thinking and workplace experience with Physical Security Risk Management and Projects bodes well for a wide range of tasks & projects.
EDUCATION
Dave Marr
Dave's extensive background in hospitality and tourism is what led him into the training and development sector. The last 15 years in the PTE and ITO sectors have given him experience in trainee management, programme development, and stakeholder engagement. Having regularly advised and managed large national clients, Dave has a focus on strong client engagement and ensuring SAARA'S services are matched with our promises.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
David Nielsen
David has worked with many of New Zealand's leading organisations developing customized solutions specific to client needs. Using his vast experience with strategic physical security and his education sector knowledge, David now supports SAARAs team of specialists who deliver to Corporate, State Sector and Local Government groups.
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Matt Nielsen
Matt comes from a technical & hands on background and brings the engineering element to the team. Matt’s Electronic Engineering degree and over 7 years working on aircraft electronics, has given him a vast and well-disciplined skillset. Matt’s life-long passion and experience with electronics and IT adds to the SAARA skillset in technical design, ISO auditing, security risk management, and project management.
